Terms of Service

This agreement is entered into between you (“User”) and Beijing Qiyan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “the App”). By completing registration, clicking agree, or using the App in any way, this agreement takes effect between you and us.

If you do not agree to any term, please stop using the App immediately.

The App is a work assistance tool for licensed inbound foreign-language tour guides, including but not limited to:

• Visitor cultural profile inference
• Knowledge base-powered personalized commentary reference generation
• Real-time multilingual voice translation assistance
• Route planning suggestions across attractions

The App does not replace your professional judgment as a licensed guide. It provides reference material only.

3.1 Eligibility

You must: (1) be 18 years of age or older; (2) be engaged in inbound tour guide work; (3) provide accurate registration information; (4) use the account solely in your own name.

3.2 Account Security

You are the primary responsible party for account security. Safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately to freeze the account.

3.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account via in-app “Me → Delete Account” or by emailing leonsky1712@gmail.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for activities that violate Chinese law or harm public interest
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any authentication or billing mechanism
• Use automated scripts, crawlers, or exploits to make unauthorized requests
• Use generated content to disparage any ethnic group, nation, religion, or group
• Collect or transmit visitor sensitive data without their explicit consent
• Resell or re-package the App API as another product

All code, UI, content, branding, knowledge base data, and prompt engineering in the App belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

Commentary references and translation outputs generated via the App belong to you for use in your guiding work.

The App uses intelligent technology to generate commentary references and translation assistance. Despite our use of a professional knowledge base to constrain content quality, we cannot guarantee 100% factual accuracy or 100% translation precision.

As a licensed professional, you should rely on your own expertise and official sources. App outputs are reference material only.

During the Demo and beta period, the App is free for invited guides. We will notify you 30 days in advance before any commercial charges apply.

During the Demo / beta period, our total liability to you is capped at RMB 100 (symbolic).

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the competent court in our registered jurisdiction.
